wisdom-ark is looking for a Business Data Analyst Intern to help uncover valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytical storytelling, while working closely with different teams. You will be part of our Central Data Analytics Group, which helps shape company strategies by turning data into meaningful insights. 

The Central Data Analytics Group is responsible for helping teams across wisdom-ark understand data and make better decisions. We provide reports, dashboards, and insights that support product improvements, business growth, and operational efficiency. Our team works with many areas of the company, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, and Product teams, to help answer important business questions with data. 

• Work with different teams to collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Assist in creating reports and visual presentations that make data easy to understand.
• Learn how to use business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to develop dashboards.
• Support company-wide performance tracking and reporting by helping analyze key metrics.
• Research industry trends and internal data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Help improve existing data reports and workflows by organizing information more effectively.

• How to analyze and interpret business data to support decision-making.
• How to create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Best practices for turning data into insights that business leaders can act on.
• How different teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR) use data to measure success.
• Communication and problem-solving skills in a data-driven business environment.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Policy, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Curious about how businesses use data to make smarter decisions.
• Comfortable working with numbers and patterns, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings in a clear way.
• Some experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools for organizing data (experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus but not required).
• A team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
