wisdom-ark is seeking a Partners Project Manager to drive strategic partner relationships, project execution, and collaboration across key business initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing partner projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders. 

• Take primary responsibility for managing partner projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and value creation.
• Develop and implement strategic partnership programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
• Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring they align with Wisdom-Ark’s business objectives and market expansion plans.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partner projects, from strategy development to execution and optimization.
• Track, report, and optimize partner performance, ensuring projects meet KPIs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in partner capabilities and implement strategies to enhance collaboration and project success.
• Work with internal teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and optimize partner engagement strategies.
• Facilitate partner training, enablement, and best practices sharing to maximize project success.
• Travel as required to meet with partners and ensure smooth project implementation.

• 3+ years of experience in partnership management, project management, or business development.
• Experience working with strategic partners, resellers, or external vendors to drive project success.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Experience with data tracking, reporting, and performance optimization for partner-driven projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage partners and stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.
