Lead Support Specialist

📍Location: New York City

 wisdom-ark is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of technical and procedural issues. This role involves troubleshooting business systems, optimizing support processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve internal operations. 

About the Role

  • Serve as the primary contact for internal client-facing teams, addressing and resolving support requests.
  • Manage and escalate technical and business system issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Continuously analyze and improve internal support processes, reducing recurring issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for business support systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM, ticketing systems).
  • Document and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles for troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Finance, Billing, and R&D teams to enhance workflows.
  • Assist in training and coaching internal team members on support best practices and system usage.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, business support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of business support systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM, or ticketing systems).
  • Experience in process improvement and project management to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce administration experience is a plus.
